Spent the past couple of hours drawing this, will do minor corrections tomorrow, as it's late at night now ^_^ (and i'm dying from my cold x.x)
Still practicing on my painting skills, but critique is welcome! :3
EDIT: Minor changes done, added more stars, etc... and 3 easter egg Pokemon! Can you find them?
Edit2: Changed color values a bit because I didn't think Ray was green enough.. /slapped
Edit3: More color adjustments, bg too fortheloveofeverythingholyandmycritis... sorry, still new to this whole painting thing ;A;

Overall
Vision Originality Technique ImpactI really like this fanart, but there are some things i just can't overlook. Now, this things might be kind of subjective, why?: Well, i have some eye issues, and i might see this fanart a little different.
What bugs me the most is the color. Rayquaza looks... odd without his apple green color. And looks kinda of transparent. I don't know if it's just me or what, but for me it looks a bit transparent, not because of the different shades of green (And i should point out that i love the different shades of green), it's something else.
That's the biggest issue i have with the picture, and it's not even that big of an issue, so... Good job!
Now on to the good things, you captured that mighty look of hers with those yellow... things. And also by putting her in SPACE!, she really looks great when put in space, it just makes her look more powerful an big.
I also loved how you panted it, it looks like a classic portrait. It looks like you put a lot of effort into it.
Seeing a giant MEGA Pokemon in space causes a great impact, i was navigating through the fan art and yours really sticked out. You did a great job!
I almost forgot: I love how you imagined Mega Rayquaza, she looks like it's been drawn by the creators of Pokemon themselves.
